How much is a transfer between Paris and CDG airport?
A transfer between Paris and Charles de Gaulle airport (CDG) costs €120 per vehicle, at a fixed price. The price is the same for 1 or 6 passengers: the Mercedes V-Class van seats up to 6 people with 8 bags. It includes meet and greet in the arrivals hall with a sign showing your name, flight tracking and 60 minutes of waiting after landing, plus tolls and standard luggage. The only possible extra is €10 at night, between 10 pm and 6 am. The exact price is shown before you book, as soon as you enter your trip. For an address outside Paris, the price depends on the distance (€2.50 per km, €50 minimum) and is also shown before you book.
How much is a ride to Orly, Beauvais or Disneyland?
The most requested trips have a fixed price per vehicle, shown before you book: Paris – Orly €100, Paris – Beauvais €250, Paris – Disneyland Paris €120, Paris – Palace of Versailles €100 and Paris – Parc Astérix €150. These prices are for a van with up to 6 passengers. Between 10 pm and 6 am, a €10 night supplement applies. For any other trip, the price depends on the distance (€2.50 per km, €50 minimum) and appears as soon as you enter your pickup and drop-off addresses, before you book. You can also hire a driver by the hour: €100 per hour, €350 for a half day and €650 for a full day.
How does the airport pickup work?
Your driver waits in the arrivals hall of your terminal with a sign showing your name: at CDG (terminals 1, 2A to 2G and 3) and at Orly (terminals 1 to 4). After booking, you receive a confirmation email, then your driver's details so you can reach them on WhatsApp. Your flight is tracked in real time, so the pickup follows your actual landing time. The driver helps with your luggage and takes you straight to your address, with no shared ride. The name-sign welcome is included in the price.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Nothing extra to pay. BookMov tracks your flight in real time and moves the pickup to your actual landing time. The first 60 minutes of waiting after landing are free, which leaves time to collect your bags and go through passport control. Beyond that, waiting is charged €1 per minute, as set out in our terms. If your flight is cancelled or diverted, let us know as soon as possible by phone or WhatsApp so we can change your booking. Add your flight number when booking: it is what lets the driver follow your arrival.
How long will the driver wait?
At the airport, 60 minutes of waiting are free after your flight lands. For a pickup at an address (hotel, home, train station), 15 minutes of waiting are free from the agreed time. Beyond that, each minute of waiting is charged €1. If the driver has no news from you 30 minutes after the free waiting time ends, they may leave the meeting point and the ride is treated as a no-show: the full amount remains due. If anything unexpected happens, the simplest is to warn your driver or our team by phone or WhatsApp.
How do I pay for my ride?
You choose when you book. Online, you pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay or Google Pay on Stripe's secure payment page, with or without a BookMov account. You can also pay the driver directly on the day of the ride, in cash or by card. Either way, the price is the one shown when you booked: only waiting beyond the free time can change it.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the pickup time: if you paid online, you get a full refund. Between 24 hours and 2 hours before departure, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount applies. Less than 2 hours before departure, or in case of a no-show, the full amount is due. You can cancel online with your booking number and email address, or by contacting us. How many passengers and bags can you carry?
The Mercedes V-Class van seats up to 6 passengers with 8 bags: it is the vehicle for families and groups, at the same fixed price as a solo trip. We also offer a Mercedes E-Class sedan or similar (up to 4 passengers and 4 bags) and a Mercedes S-Class or similar (up to 3 passengers and 3 bags). With more than 6 passengers, or more luggage than one vehicle can take, a second vehicle is needed: the booking form tells you and shows the price before you book. Give the exact number of passengers and bags, plus strollers or bulky equipment, so the right vehicle comes to pick you up.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes. Infant seats, child seats and booster seats are provided free of charge, on request. Mention it when booking, with each child's age or weight, so the driver arrives with the right seats. Seats count towards the vehicle's capacity: a van carries up to 6 passengers, children included.
Taxi or private driver from the airport: which should I choose?
A taxi is taken without booking at the airport's taxi rank, often after a queue at busy times; it charges a regulated flat fare per vehicle to Paris and usually carries 4 passengers at most. A private driver like BookMov is booked in advance: the fixed price is known before you leave, the driver waits in the arrivals hall with your name, your flight is tracked and 60 minutes of waiting are free. The van takes up to 6 passengers and 8 bags, so a family or group does not need two taxis. Public transport is cheaper per person, but there is no door-to-door service or help with luggage.
Do I need to book in advance?
It is recommended, especially for early morning or late evening arrivals and busy periods. Booking online takes a few minutes, 24/7: the price appears as soon as you enter your trip and you receive a confirmation email. Add your flight number so the driver can follow your arrival. For a last-minute trip, call us or message us on WhatsApp and we will check whether a driver is available.

How does the 5% donation work?
On every ride booked with BookMov, 5% of the price funds two specific causes: building and maintaining clean-water wells in villages without safe drinking water, and school supplies for children.
