We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure Stripe payment platform, as well as bank transfers. Online payment is processed during booking.

Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the trip. For cancellations between 24h and 2h before departure, a fee of 50% of the total amount applies.

For airport arrivals, 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time are included after flight landing. For pickups from an address, 15 minutes of waiting time are included.

Yes, all our drivers are bilingual French-English. Some also speak other languages (Arabic, Spanish, Portuguese).

Yes, we provide child seats and booster seats free of charge. Please specify this when making your reservation.
